This lovely and bright apartment is located in front of Puerto Rico beach. The apartment has private parking, terasse with bbq and outdoor shower and has a balcony overlooking Puerto Rico beach and harbour.
The ground floor of the apartment has been competely renovated and has aircondition. It consist of a fully fitted kitchen with large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, vitroceramic hob and oven. There is a small dining table and sofa with flatscreen tv and dvd player in the lviving room, on this floor there is also 2 bedrooms and one bathroom with shower. Outside you have a large private terasse with outdoor furnitures, bbq, shower and two sunbeds. From the terasse you can walk out on the beach promenade and directly on to the beach.
On the upper floor there is another bathroom with shower, one bedroom more that is furnished with a sofa and desk to read and enjoy the amasing wievs over Puerto Rico beach the sea and habour.
